| NewsIn Memory of Bob Sum '54 Brothers of Alpha Sigma Phi- It is with great sadness that I let you know that my Father, Robert (Bob) Sum, passed away. He graduated from Purdue in 1954. As an alum, I know for many years he was involved with Purdue and the Alpha Sigma Phi Chapter house. I have fond childhood memories of eating lunch at the house before heading over for the Homecoming game. Dad passed away on Saturday, Feburary 4, 2012. We are still working on making arrangements but will include those in the announcement in the the Chicago Tribune and Daily Herald. Please pass this information along to fellow brothers.
